• Please call 07900613449 to book the date and time you wish to attend.
• If you wish to cancel your hide booking, we require 48 hours’ notice period.
• Upon arrival, you will be taken to the hide, shown the habitat, and feeders will be filled.
You will then be left [unless you have booked tuition] until the end of your session to be collected.
• All photography must take place from inside the hide and you cannot leave the hide unless you have contacted us.
• Wildlife is completely unpredictable, and therefore we offer no guarantee of sightings.
The hides are set up to attract a large range of Wildlife. We will not offer refunds, or rebook in the event of a specific species not being seen.
• Rain/Windy Weather - The hides are open in all weather.
• If you wish to leave your booking early for whatever reason, you must call us by phone to collect you.
• The use of bird calls or additional baits is strictly forbidden.
• The hides are strictly non-smoking/vaping.
• Your own Lunch/Snacks and drinks may be consumed INSIDE our hides but we ask that you do not feed the Wildlife.
• If any of the above terms are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave the Hide and escorted from the premises and no refund will be made.
Please note that YOU are responsible for your own personal safety.
By attending a group workshop, or attending a 1:1 session you are acknowledging that we (Jonathan Bastin/Lake Pochard management) are not in any way financially liable for or responsible for any accidents or injuries you or any member of our group may incur through partaking in the workshop.
Lake Pochard management cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss of property, or injury, howsoever caused.
